Own a system you can edit
You shouldn’t have to guess what your own plant is doing. Adgo can help.
You know that a Rockwell system is only as good as the integrator who builds it. Adgo Controls has spent decades engineering, fabricating, programming and commissioning control systems for OEMs, manufacturers and industrial end users. Because design, programming and on-site commissioning happen under one roof, there are no handoffs and no finger-pointing when something needs attention five years on.
We tie controllers, remote sites and instruments into one supervisory layer so the facility reports as a single system.
We lay out screens, alarms, trends and historian around how your operators work.
Our team configures EtherNet/IP, OPC UA and Modbus TCP for reliable data exchange between devices, field sites and the control room.
We move legacy systems onto current Rockwell platforms without losing process knowledge.
When Rockwell hardware is programmed by someone who vanishes after install, every change waits on the one person who understands the code. A missed alarm, a tag that points at the wrong device or a gap in the historian can turn a small fault into hours of downtime. A lack of a Rockwell Automation integrator who owns the system end to end may already be costing you a great deal.
“Adgo does it all – design, fabrication, programming… They’re a one-stop shop. They’ve learned our industry, and bring new ideas and thoughts to it. They’re a good partner.”
Brian B., director of engineering, manufacturing distributor
“For more than 20 years, Adgo has been our trusted controls integration partner. Their technical depth, responsiveness, and consistency make them an invaluable extension of our engineering team.”
Mike G., president, OEM customer
“Adgo is very easy to work with. They go above and beyond to assist with anything I need.”
Deblene H., project manager, security solutions customer

Reliability and data integrity are everything in water/wastewater. We design panels featuring CompactLogix PLCs paired with FactoryTalk Historian to ensure compliant, automated reporting for EPA and local regulatory mandates.
Our panels are built for harsh-environment deployment, utilizing robust surge protection, back-up UPS options for power loss ride-through and secure remote-access capabilities so municipal operators can securely monitor lift stations or treatment processes from anywhere.
Yes. For high-consequence environments like dam telemetry and power generation, we emphasize high-availability redundant architectures (such as ControlLogix Redundancy) to ensure zero single points of failure.
Our panels comply with standard electrical regulations (UL 508A) and are engineered to support the cybersecurity baselines required for critical infrastructure, utilizing Stratix managed switches to enforce port security and network segmentation.
In these sectors, precise batching and sanitary requirements rule the day. We leverage PlantPAx Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and FactoryTalk Batch to optimize recipe management, improve ingredient tracking and minimize product shrink.
On the panel side, we fabricate washdown-ready NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosures designed to withstand the harsh chemical cleanings common in food processing facilities.
These rugged environments demand extreme thermal management and motor control. We design heavy-duty panels equipped with climate control units (A/C or vortex coolers) to protect internal electronics from extreme heat and airborne particulates. We integrate PowerFlex variable frequency drives (VFDs) directly into our panel designs to provide precise motor control, reduce mechanical wear on large machinery and significantly lower energy costs.
Our panels can integrate with transportation infrastructure. Whether it’s rail, tolling or airport baggage handling, we build panels meant to handle distributed I/O architectures (like POINT I/O or FLEX 5000). This approach allows our control panels to efficiently manage signals across massive physical distances while keeping wiring footprints dense, organized and easy for field technicians to troubleshoot.
Yes, if required by the customer’s specifications. If required, our panels are designed and fabricated in-house according to strict UL 508A (Industrial Control Panels) standards. We can also provide UL 698A certification for panels requiring intrinsically safe circuit extensions, which is frequently required in hazardous, explosive gases or dusty areas common in sectors like wastewater, agriculture (grain handling) and energy.
We perform a rigorous factory acceptance test (FAT) on every single panel before it leaves our floor. This includes full electrical point-to-point continuity testing, power-up inspections and a comprehensive I/O checkout.
Because we are also software integrators, we load your custom PLC and HMI programs into the hardware during the FAT, allowing you to see the logic interact with the physical components before deployment, drastically compressing your on-site commissioning time.
