UL 508A certified panels built to exact specs
Configurations for any pump application
Full, end-to-end project support
These aren’t just small frustrations; they’re clearly operational risks. Take away the risks with Adgo pump control panels.
We understand the pressure you’re under: outdated equipment, tight project windows, and integrators who treat your job like a commodity. With decades spent working alongside municipalities, water and wastewater authorities, OEM manufacturers and industrial contractors, we know pump systems are mission-critical. There’s no room for panels that weren’t built right.
Adgo has the engineering depth and production capacity to deliver custom pump control panels that meet your specs, schedule and site conditions. We offer expert support every step of the way.
We offer single- and dual-pump configurations ranging from basic relay logic to fully programmable PLC-based systems.
Panels designs with level monitoring, alarm annunciation and remote communication for SCADA integration.
Advanced PLC panels for complex pump sequencing, variable frequency drive integration and process automation.
High-volume, repeatable panels designed to your exact specifications and built to integrate seamlessly.
Every missed deadline, botched submittal or out-of-spec panel doesn’t just delay your project. It costs you money, credibility and the trust of the people counting on you. Too many integrators overpromise during the bid and underdeliver on the shop floor. By the time you realize it, you’re managing their mistakes instead of running your job.
“Adgo does it all – design, fabrication, programming… They’re a one-stop shop. They’ve learned our industry, and bring new ideas and thoughts to it. They’re a good partner.”
Brian B., director of engineering, manufacturing distributor
“For more than 20 years, Adgo has been our trusted controls integration partner. Their technical depth, responsiveness, and consistency make them an invaluable extension of our engineering team.”
Mike G., president, OEM customer
“Adgo is very easy to work with. They go above and beyond to assist with anything I need.”
Deblene H., project manager, security solutions customer
Using off-the-shelf industrial control systems or a vendor who disappears after install isn’t just another frustration; more often than not, it’s a long-term liability. Downtime, rework, and scope gaps quickly compound into a long-term liability and the cost. Adgo clients get a team who are responsible from that first call, all the way through with constant service.
It’s not a promise. It’s our track record.

A pump control panel is an enclosure containing the electrical components that control pump operation. Depending on the application, they range from simple on/off relay logic to advanced PLC-based systems with variable frequency drives, level sensors, alarms and remote monitoring. Adgo engineers custom pump control panels across the full range of complexity.
A simplex panel controls one pump. A duplex panel manages two pumps that typically alternate to equalize run time. A triplex panel handles three pumps, used in larger lift stations or high-demand applications. Adgo builds all configurations, including quadplex, to fit your specific system requirements.
Yes. Adgo is a UL 508A certified panel shop. Every pump control panel we build is designed and labeled to meet UL standards for industrial control panels. This is a requirement on most municipal, commercial and industrial projects.
Absolutely. Our engineering team designs panels with SCADA and remote monitoring integration built in. We work with leading platforms including Rockwell Automation ControlLogix, Wonderware and others to ensure your system communicates reliably across your network.
We serve municipal water and wastewater authorities, lift station and pump station operators, industrial manufacturers, OEM equipment builders and infrastructure contractors. If your application involves fluid handling, Adgo can engineer the controls for it.
Lead times vary based on complexity, but most standard custom pump control panels ship in four to eight weeks from approved drawings. More complex PLC-based systems or panels with custom enclosures may require additional time. Adgo works with your project schedule from the start, so lead time expectations are set early and met consistently.
The more detail you can share, the faster and more accurate the quote. Helpful input includes the number of pumps and motors, horsepower ratings, voltage requirements, control method (relay logic, PLC, VFD), enclosure type, NEMA rating, any monitoring or alarm requirements, and applicable specifications or drawings. If you’re early in the design process, our engineering team can work through the requirements with you.
Yes. We build panels to a full range of NEMA enclosure ratings, including NEMA 4 (watertight) and NEMA 4X (corrosion-resistant), which are commonly required for outdoor pump stations, wet environments and chemical applications. Enclosure selection is part of our standard application review process.
Yes. Factory acceptance testing (FAT) is available and recommended for complex or mission-critical pump control applications. FAT allows your team to verify panel performance and functionality before it ever leaves our facility, reducing the risk of costly field issues during startup and commissioning.
Yes. While we’re based in Cincinnati, Ohio, we ship custom pump control panels nationwide and have supported projects across the Midwest, Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Our panels arrive fully assembled, tested and documented, so they are ready for installation by your local team or electrical contractor.
