We Know What's at Stake

You deserve better. At Adgo, we’ve spent 69 years building a business designed to make sure these situations don’t happen to you.

Your Single Source for PLC Panels

When you’re under pressure to deliver, we simplify your life by serving as a single source for design, manufacture, testing and commission of PLC panels. Whether you’re replacing legacy systems or implementing new ones, we tailor solutions to meet your needs precisely. You can rely on Adgo to help you keep your projects and processes moving forward.

Your Bottom Line On Time

Every missed deadline, botched submittal or out-of-spec panel doesn’t just delay your project. It costs you money, credibility and the trust of the people counting on you. Too many integrators overpromise during the bid and underdeliver on the shop floor. By the time you realize it, you’re managing their mistakes instead of running your job.

What Our Customers Say

“Adgo does it all – design, fabrication, programming… They’re a one-stop shop. They’ve learned our industry, and bring new ideas and thoughts to it. They’re a good partner.”

Brian B., director of engineering, manufacturing distributor

“For more than 20 years, Adgo has been our trusted controls integration partner. Their technical depth, responsiveness, and consistency make them an invaluable extension of our engineering team.”

Mike G., president, OEM customer

“Adgo is very easy to work with. They go above and beyond to assist with anything I need.”

Deblene H., project manager, security solutions customer

The Wrong Partner Costs More Than the Project

Using off-the-shelf industrial control systems or a vendor who disappears after install isn’t just another frustration; more often than not, it’s a long-term liability. Downtime, rework and scope gaps quickly compound into a long-term liability and add cost.

Adgo clients get a team that’s responsible from that first call all the way through maintenance and service. It’s not a promise. It’s our track record.

The “Simplify Your Process” Plan

3

Move forward with a fully commissioned system tailored to your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

About PLC Panels

A PLC panel is an enclosure that houses a programmable logic controller along with the power, I/O, communication and protection components needed to automate and control industrial equipment or processes. PLC panels serve as the brain of an automation system: They receive inputs from sensors and field devices, execute programmed logic and send outputs to motors, valves, actuators and other equipment.

A standard control panel may use relay logic, manual switches or fixed-function components to control equipment. A PLC control panel centralizes that logic in a programmable controller, making it faster to modify, easier to troubleshoot and capable of handling more complex sequencing, data logging and communication tasks. For most modern industrial applications, a PLC panel offers significantly greater flexibility and scalability than a traditional relay-based design.

Adgo programs and integrates PLC panels using all major platforms, including Rockwell Automation (ControlLogix, CompactLogix), Siemens, Schneider Electric, GE and Automation Direct. We are Rockwell Automation-certified integrators and approach each project with the platform that best fits your application, budget and long-term support requirements.

Yes. Agdo is a UL 508A-certified panel shop, meaning our PLC control panels are built, inspected and labeled in compliance with UL 508A industrial control panel standards. End customers, facility managers and inspectors typically require UL 508A certification. It also assures that your panels meet established safety and construction standards.

FAT is a formal verification process conducted before panels ship, in which the completed system is tested under simulated operating conditions to confirm that wiring, programming, I/O functionality and communication are all performing correctly. Adgo conducts full FAT in our Cincinnati facility. Catching and resolving issues before a panel reaches your site reduces startup delays, minimizes travel costs and protects your project schedule.

Yes. Adgo provides complete turnkey delivery of PLC control panels. Our in-house engineering team handles schematic design and panel layout; our fabrication team builds and wires the panels in our UL-certified shop; our programmers develop and test the PLC logic; and our field team supports on-site commissioning. You have one point of contact and one accountable team throughout the project.

Agdo builds PLC panels for a wide range of industries, including water and wastewater treatment, industrial manufacturing, food and beverage, energy and power generation, lock and dam operations, transportation infrastructure, agriculture, refractories and steel. We tailor every panel to the operational environment, regulatory requirements and process demands specific to each application.

Off-the-shelf PLC panels are designed around standardized configurations and may require workarounds or compromises to fit your specific application. Adgo builds every PLC panel to your exact specifications. Each panel will have your I/O count, your processor platform, your enclosure rating, your communication protocols and your documentation standards. There are no template constraints, and our engineering team reviews every design before fabrication begins.

The more detail you can provide, the more accurate your quote will be for your project. Useful inputs include voltage and phase requirements, I/O counts and types, the PLC platform you’re targeting, the enclosure type and NEMA rating, any applicable certifications (especially hazardous location ratings), communication protocols, and any existing drawings or specs. If you’re in the early planning stages, our team can help you scope the project from a high-level description. Our Control Panel Spec Checklist is a free resource that walks you through the key questions to answer before you go to bid.

Yes. Adgo offers ongoing service and support after a system is commissioned, including troubleshooting, program modifications, system expansions and spare parts support. Many of our customer relationships span decades, including OEM partnerships that have been active for more than 20 years. When you work with Adgo, you’re not just buying a panel; you’re gaining a partner in controls.
